Jun 15th, 2004 - With the grand opening of BA 2004 in Singapore on June 15th, Dayang staged the show for the 5th time as the largest exhibitor from China,and showcased her wide range products,including the newly released X-CG II, the AV broadcast system X-Store, the low-cost DV solution D-Power,the news network solution,the media management system, as well as the attention drawing solution for digital video broadcasting.
The official media of Broadcast Asia Show Daily has reported the news on the front page that referred Dayang has set up the world¡¯s biggest media resource storage system, i.e. CCTV National AV Data library project, which can store 1 million hours media resource. It was greatly interested by the visitors and other related people.
Another exploding news on the Show Daily is that Mr. Karton Burn, the former CEO of Leitch Asia and Pacific, has declared to join Dayang as the CEO of Dayang International (Hong Kong) during the exhibition. Dayang attracted much attention upon the news, which is generally regarded as a breakthrough of the company into the international market.
During the Exhibition, Mr. Wei Yao, the CEO of Dayang has visited Media Corp upon invitation, and discussed some topics with intensive interests for both sides with Mr. Chung Tee Kwang Ronnie, the deputy CTO of Media Corp. After that, upon the invitation of Mr. Vincent Teo who is the Senior Vice President of HBO Asia, Mr. Yao also introduced the Dayang China Movie Digital Program Platform project into the HBO Asia headquarter. Accompanied by Ms Chen, the Vice President of Ascent Media, Mr. Yao has visited automation broadcast and storage system by Ascent Media, and have discussion on the related technology.
During the five years¡¯ attendance at BA, Dayang has witnessed great improvement in the oversea market as Dayang always perform with the goal to be an enterprise worth prided by all Chinese.
