Dayang recently participated in a Multi Media Seminar, in partnership with Medios Associate and Panasonic over 2 days on 19th and 20th March at the Civil Service Club in Singapore.

Attracting over 50 participants from the educational institutes and production houses, this 2 day seminar focused on Dayang¡¯s Professional Non Linear Editing Suite, Montage Extreme (ME) and Media Asset Management, iMAM, as well as Panasonic¡¯s latest Advanced Video Codec High Definition (AVCHD) and P2 developments.

Participants were shown live footages in a hands-on demo, on how Dayang¡¯s iMAM can effectively manage and distribute  digital content to provide substantial leverage and presence in the marketplace, and open up new distribution opportunities and increase the value of both old and new media content.

Dayang Product Engineer, Nie Xing demonstrated how a Video Editor can build a fully functional creation platform of outstanding efficiency and stability by using the latest Dayang I/O cards and Montage Extreme Non Linear Editing software.

¡°This seminar gave me a deeper insight into a cost efficient way to store and manage our valuable educational resources,¡± comments Chow Tuck Seng, Technical Support Officer from Ngee Ann Polytechnic School of Film and Media Studies.

¡°Overall, we are very encouraged and delighted by the deep interest in Dayang¡¯s products and how impressed and surprised the participants were, at the vast useful functions and ease of usage of the iMAM and ME,¡± adds Chen Wentao, Dayang General Manager of Asia Pacific.
